Senior Platform Product Director

Responsibilities

• Define and own the platform product strategy and roadmap, including legacy transformation and next-generation AI/ML functionality
• Drive 0-to-1 execution on new AI/ML platform capabilities from concept to production
• Lead the migration of legacy platform capabilities into new architecture while maintaining stability
• Define AI/ML capabilities including intelligent data processing, predictive enrichment, and agentic workflows
• Establish product operating models, governance, and internal service models (SLAs, consumption patterns)
• Partner with engineering leadership to align priorities, sequencing, and delivery
• Lead, develop, and scale a team of product managers and leaders across platform domains

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
• Minimum 10 years of product management experience, including leadership of platform or technical product organizations
• Demonstrable AI fluency with understanding of LLMs, ML model lifecycles, and agentic systems
• Experience delivering AI or ML platform capabilities in production environments
• Deep understanding of modern platform architecture, APIs, and cloud-native infrastructure
• Proven track record of leading platform transformation or migration programs
• Experience leading and developing high-performing product teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in financial services, fintech, or regulated data-intensive industries
• Familiarity with data governance, lineage, and auditability in regulated environments
