Senior Platform Owner

Responsibilities

• Define and manage product vision, roadmap, and delivery strategy for assisted banking and branch transformation
• Prioritize backlog items based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility
• Drive the migration of branch services and transactions to digital channels and support paperless banking initiatives
• Improve customer journeys, branch efficiency, and service experiences through user-centric design
• Work within Agile/Scrum squads alongside technology, design, and operations teams to drive iterative enhancements
• Manage stakeholders across business, branch operations, and technology departments

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Senior Platform Owner, or Digital Product Owner
• Background in Digital Banking, Retail Banking, or Fintech environments
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and working within cross-functional squads
• Deep understanding of customer journeys, UX principles, and digital transformation
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience specifically in branch transformation or digital servicing platforms
• Exposure to queue management or assisted banking applications
• Experience migrating traditional banking services to digital channels
• Product Owner or Scrum certifications
