Senior Platform Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain cloud infrastructure, CI/CD and developer tooling (primarily Azure) using IaC (Terraform)
• Own and evolve RBAC/IAM across both cloud/infrastructure and application/product layers
• Build and improve CI/CD pipelines to increase developer velocity and reliability
• Support and improve Kubernetes-based deployment workflows and platform services
• Build internal tools and observability capabilities
• Participate in a support/on-call rotation
• Apply security and networking knowledge to harden the platform

Requirements

• Strong hands-on cloud infrastructure experience, ideally Azure
• Production Terraform/IaC experience
• Strong RBAC/IAM knowledge at cloud/infrastructure level
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
• Security and networking fundamentals
• Experience as part of a support or on-call rotation
• Strong communication and coaching skills
• Product mindset regarding developer experience
• High autonomy and ownership

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with multiple cloud providers (AWS, GCP)
• Background in developer experience (DX) or internal tooling
• Experience in a startup or high-growth engineering environment
• Security certifications
