Senior Platform Engineer

About the Company

Monaco is building an AI-native revenue platform that replaces the fragmented GTM stack with one unified system. We’ve raised $85M through our Series B from legendary investors including Founders Fund, Benchmark, and Human Capital.

Responsibilities

• Build out Monaco's internal developer platform and self-service tooling
• Extend functionality to local and cloud-hosted development environments
• Own remote development environment orchestration and provisioning at scale
• Own internal AI-assisted engineering automation and AI agent integration
• Manage test data propagation to lower environments for realistic testing
• Partner with product teams to remove friction across the development lifecycle

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building internal developer platforms or DevEx tooling
• Deep hands-on experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, and GitOps (FluxCD, Helm)
• Experience provisioning and managing local and cloud-hosted developer environments
• Ability to build self-service systems and internal tools
• Ability to ramp quickly and work in a high-autonomy environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with test data seeding, cloning, or anonymization
• Experience integrating AI/LLM tooling into developer workflows
• Container and machine-image build experience with Docker or Packer
