Senior Platform Engineer

Backed by leading investors like IA Ventures and Inspired Capital, the team is composed of experts from companies such as Facebook, Palantir, Google, and Amazon, working to build the AI operating system for decision-making in insurance.

Responsibilities

• Work on infrastructure and tooling that power the core platform
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines and automate operational workflows
• Ensure security and compliance with industry standards
• Improve infrastructure performance, reliability, and system cost optimization
• Collaborate with engineering teams to standardize environments and deployment patterns
• Maintain observability and incident response processes
• Ensure scalability of cloud-based systems

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering or DevOps experience
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, security, performance, and infrastructure
• Proficiency in Python
• Experience with serverless technologies (Lambda, EC2) and asynchronous workflows
• Experience with cloud environments and relational databases (ideally PostgreSQL)
• Knowledge of Terraform, IaC best practices, and Docker
• Strong fundamentals in system design, debugging, and problem-solving

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with LLMs or Generative AI
• Experience with distributed systems
