Senior Platform Engineer

Responsibilities

• Build and scale core platform infrastructure, including backend services and CI/CD pipelines
• Own production systems end-to-end using TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and AWS
• Improve developer velocity through internal tooling and deployment automation
• Lead reliability and operational excellence via monitoring and incident response
• Architect scalable backend systems, APIs, and event-driven workflows
• Drive platform innovation by evaluating modern infrastructure patterns and AI-powered workflows
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product and operations teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
• 5+ years of software engineering experience in backend, infrastructure, or DevOps
• Experience operating scalable distributed systems in production
• Proficiency with TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and REST APIs
• Hands-on experience with serverless technologies (AWS Lambda, etc.)
• Deep experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and DevOps tooling
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Strong understanding of CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and observability

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with LLM infrastructure or AI tooling
• Experience with event-driven architectures
