Senior Platform Engineer

Responsibilities

Depending on the chosen track, responsibilities include:

Track A: Infrastructure & Deployment

• Design and operate ACS deployment architecture (k3s) in on-premises environments
• Build Ansible-based server provisioning and automation systems
• Configure and operate service mesh/network layers (Envoy)
• Establish standardized deployment and operation processes
• Improve observability and operational tooling

Track B: Data Platform & Backend

• Design and build MQTT/gRPC-based data collection pipelines
• Perform MySQL/PostgreSQL data modeling and operations
• Develop Golang-based Backend APIs (REST/gRPC)
• Ensure data consistency and stability in distributed environments
• Design data retention and archiving strategies

Requirements

Track A

• 5+ years of experience in Platform, DevOps, or Infrastructure
• Experience operating Kubernetes or k3s in on-premises environments
• Experience with Ansible-based automation
• Strong understanding of Linux systems (network, process, storage)
• Scripting proficiency in Golang or Python

Track B

• 4+ years of Backend development experience (including data processing)
• Proficiency in Golang or Python
• Experience operating MySQL or PostgreSQL
• Experience with event-driven architecture (MQTT, Kafka, etc.)
• Experience designing REST or gRPC APIs

Note: Basic English communication skills are required for global collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with robotics or real-time systems
• Experience with MQTT, gRPC, or EMQX
• Experience with monitoring tools like Grafana
• Experience with IoT or robotics data processing
