Senior Platform Engineer

Responsibilities

• Build complex, multi-stage workflows and automate SDLC steps using AI tools to reduce toil.
• Lead Azure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaaC) and govern both local and cloud environments.
• Design and implement comprehensive observability frameworks to provide actionable insights into infrastructure health and application performance.
• Proactively explore and integrate agentic AI into engineering workflows to optimize delivery.
• Identify recurring manual tasks across teams and build centralized, scalable solutions for the entire organization.
• Act as a bridge between development needs and cost-effective infrastructure best practices.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience in infrastructure or DevOps roles.
• Advanced expertise in CI/CD tooling and core full-stack technologies.
• Proven ability to solve complex problems that span multiple layers of technology.
• Strong ability to balance delivery speed with long-term maintainability, security, and scalability.
