About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage, resolve and escalate support tickets for the Salesforce CRM platform
- Identify and resolve data quality issues and enforce data standards
- Configure the Salesforce platform to deliver regular, incremental enhancements
- Support the CRM Project team with configuration, testing, and user training
- Act as the primary contact for Salesforce during Americas PM hours
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align CRM capabilities with business goals
Requirements
- Certified Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201) or equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Flows
- Basic understanding of Apex
- Proven experience troubleshooting Salesforce and associated processes
- Experience working with large-scale, complex, and distributed datasets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Experience working within Agile and Scrum methodologies
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce CPQ experience or equivalent SaaS CPQ knowledge
- Certified Salesforce Platform App Builder
- Experience with marketing automation or fulfillment processes
- Business analysis or process re-engineering experience
