Senior Platform Admin

Responsibilities

• Manage, resolve and escalate support tickets for the Salesforce CRM platform
• Identify and resolve data quality issues and enforce data standards
• Configure the Salesforce platform to deliver regular, incremental enhancements
• Support the CRM Project team with configuration, testing, and user training
• Act as the primary contact for Salesforce during Americas PM hours
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align CRM capabilities with business goals

Requirements

• Certified Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201) or equivalent experience
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Flows
• Basic understanding of Apex
• Proven experience troubleshooting Salesforce and associated processes
• Experience working with large-scale, complex, and distributed datasets
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Experience working within Agile and Scrum methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce CPQ experience or equivalent SaaS CPQ knowledge
• Certified Salesforce Platform App Builder
• Experience with marketing automation or fulfillment processes
• Business analysis or process re-engineering experience
