Senior Plant Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage plant operations to meet production targets and fulfill customer commitments
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize plant operations, improve productivity, and reduce costs
• Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and promote a site-wide culture of safety
• Drive delivery, cost, and cycle time improvements through short and long-range planning
• Oversee the integration of Safety, Quality, Delivery, Productivity, Working Capital, and Human Resources
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices

Requirements

• BA or BS degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or Operations Management
• 7 to 10 years of progressive experience in operations or supply chain management
• Proven management experience within a highly-regulated manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of P&L and operations financial management
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-resolution skills
