Senior Plant Manager

Responsibilities

• Ensure EHS stewardship and compliance through active visible leadership and ownership of all operations
• Drive strategic planning and budgeting to improve factory costs via continuous improvement and productivity initiatives
• Manage supply chain execution, inventory, and capacity to ensure high customer value stream performance
• Develop manufacturing strategies focusing on high-performance workforces, capital equipment, and technology advancement
• Champion inclusive programs to foster a great workplace for all employees

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution
• Four years of supervisory and/or management experience
• Five years of manufacturing or operations strategic guidance experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in an engineering discipline
• Experience managing direct reports and leading high-performance teams
• Demonstrated understanding of principle-based leadership and behaviors
• Experience in strategic organizational development, operational excellence, lean implementation, or financial accounting
• Strong effective communication skills
