About the role

Responsibilities

  • Monitor daily KPIs including production, quality, OEE, scrap, and line stoppages to ensure production plan compliance.
  • Conduct regular Gemba walks to detect deviations and provide immediate attention to process or quality failures.
  • Lead root cause analysis using methodologies such as 5 Whys and Ishikawa to implement corrective actions.
  • Analyze cycle times, line balancing, layouts, and material flow to improve productivity and reduce waste.
  • Collaborate daily with production, maintenance, logistics, and quality departments to prioritize incidents and ensure equipment availability.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives regarding capacity, scrap reduction, and engineering changes.
  • Prepare executive reports and present results and action plans to management levels.

Requirements

  • Completed higher education degree.
  • English proficiency with a minimum of 600 TOEIC points.
  • At least 2 years of experience in maintenance or a similar technical role.
  • Proficiency in PLC programming, adjustment, and optimization, including change management.
  • Experience diagnosing and troubleshooting automation equipment, including SEW motors and drives (e.g., Cimex).
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, including the coordination of technical personnel.
  • Effective communication skills for collaborating with internal clients and implementing technical solutions.
