Senior Planning Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed, logic-linked baseline schedules for the Tunnel System Integration package using Primavera P6.
• Oversee integrated schedules covering civil works, MEP, tunnel systems, testing, commissioning, and handover.
• Implement robust progress measurement systems, including earned value metrics and KPI tracking.
• Monitor actual progress against baselines to identify variances and recommend corrective or recovery actions.
• Lead time-related coordination for all interfaces, including utilities, trackworks, and MEP systems.
• Perform schedule impact analyses for variations and design changes to support commercial and contractual positions.
• Maintain schedule risk registers and perform risk analysis using Monte Carlo simulations.
• Mentor and develop planning team members, driving continuous improvement in digital tools and methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or Construction Management.
• 10+ years of planning and scheduling experience in major infrastructure or transportation projects.
• 5+ years in a senior planning role managing large, complex, multi-disciplinary programs.
• Proven experience in tunnel projects or complex system integration packages.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate technical issues into scheduling strategies.
• High level of competency in MS Excel and Power BI for data analytics and dashboard reporting.
• Solid understanding of construction methodologies for tunnels and MEP systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Postgraduate qualification in Project Management.
• Professional certifications relevant to project controls or planning.
• Experience with BIM/4D tools and common data environments.
• Familiarity with international forms of contract such as FIDIC.
