Senior Planning Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the team in all aspects of Planning, Cost, Resourcing, and Risk management.
• Manage complex project schedules and validate baseline/target schedules before submission.
• Oversee the weekly and monthly updating of schedules as design and construction work develops.
• Assess the impacts of design/construction changes and schedule slippages to provide effective solutions.
• Coordinate with commercial functions to implement controls covering budget, cost, reporting, and change management.
• Review project progress tracking and communicate updates to stakeholders and Senior Management.
• Manage integration plans with stakeholders and key interfaces to ensure seamless coordination.
• Set individual objectives and manage performance to maximize team output.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a relevant field.
• 15 years of related planning and scheduling experience within construction delivery (Contractor or Consultancy).
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Recognized project management certification such as PMP or PRINCE2.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and complex program environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English.
• Ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple high-priority tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Primavera Certification.
• Experience with Power BI.
• Previous experience working in the KSA or Middle East region.
• Specialized experience in large-scale stadium and arena developments.
