About the role
Responsibilities
- Own strategic planning for the production site, including workforce, capacity, and production planning
- Develop and manage short-, mid-, and long-term planning aligned with demand forecasts
- Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and HR to ensure executable production plans
- Analyze operational data and KPIs to identify optimization opportunities
- Enhance planning, reporting, and governance processes while ensuring high data quality
- Prepare management reports and decision-making materials for site leadership
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience in production, capacity, or workforce planning
- Experience within manufacturing, FMCG, or supply chain environments
- Expertise in forecasting and performance management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on experience with ERP, Business Intelligence, or Workforce Management systems
- Structured, proactive, and collaborative working style
