Senior Planning Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and scheduling function for high-rise residential and mixed-use developments
• Develop, maintain, and manage master project schedules from design through construction and handover
• Establish project baselines, milestones, critical paths, and recovery plans
• Monitor project progress and analyze schedule performance against approved programs
• Prepare internal reports, dashboards, and executive presentations for senior management
• Identify schedule risks, delays, and constraints, and develop mitigation and recovery strategies
• Coordinate with Development, Design, Procurement, Construction, and Commercial teams to ensure alignment
• Review contractor and consultant programs and assess compliance with contractual requirements
• Evaluate the schedule impact of variations, design changes, and procurement challenges

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
• Minimum 12 years of planning and scheduling experience in construction and real estate
• Minimum 5 years in a real estate leadership role
• Proven experience delivering high-rise residential, mixed-use, or large-scale construction projects
• Extensive experience with Primavera P6 and advanced scheduling techniques
• Strong understanding of UAE construction practices, authority approvals, and procurement processes
• Ability to perform critical path analysis, delay analysis, and schedule risk assessments
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or Engineering
• PMP, PSP (Planning & Scheduling Professional), or equivalent professional certification
• Experience working specifically with luxury high-rise residential developments in the UAE
• Background working for a main contractor
