Senior Planning Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project schedules and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery.
• Identify critical path activities and potential delays to mitigate project risks.
• Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely availability of materials and equipment.
• Prepare regular progress reports and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Assess the impact of scope changes and adjust schedules accordingly.
• Collaborate with finance departments to monitor project costs and assist in budget tracking.
• Ensure project schedules align with quality standards and safety protocols.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in project planning and scheduling, preferably within the construction industry.
• Proficiency in project management software, specifically Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
