Senior Planning Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to gather data and milestones
• Monitor project progress, identify delays, and implement corrective actions
• Prepare regular progress reports, including earned value analysis and performance metrics
• Analyze project trends and provide forecasts for decision-making
• Lead planning meetings and workshops to ensure stakeholder alignment
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies
• Mentor junior Planning Engineers

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, construction management, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in project planning within oil and gas, energy, or infrastructure sectors
• Proficiency in project management software, preferably Primavera P6
• Strong English communication capabilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams
