Senior Planning Engineer

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cost and planning engineers to develop work breakdown structures and performance baselines
• Establish and implement progress and cost monitoring methodologies
• Produce project control reports and deliver performance analysis with actionable recommendations
• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact point with clients on assigned projects
• Manage earned value analysis, progress updates, and cost control activities
• Oversee change control and baseline management processes
• Deliver clear and timely reporting to stakeholders

Requirements

• Proven experience in earned value analysis and progress tracking
• Expertise in cost control, management, and change control procedures
• Proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6 environment
• Experience with project controls on major construction projects or programmes
• High competence in Microsoft Excel and reporting databases
• Familiarity with financial/procurement systems such as Oracle or SAP
• Degree in a relevant discipline
