Senior Planning Engineer

Responsibilities

• Establish processes, templates, and tools for cost and schedule baselines
• Identify trends and root causes of deviations using lead and lag indicators
• Lead evaluation of project time, cost, and quality targets
• Guide general contractors to ensure progress aligns with schedule and cash flow
• Act as key point of contact for clients regarding delivery and commercial issues
• Coordinate planning sessions and workshops to compile master project schedules
• Participate in project team risk evaluations using Monte Carlo simulations
• Hold vendors accountable for required schedule updates and reporting

Requirements

• Proven experience in project controls coordination across all project lifecycle phases
• Experience in specialist life sciences or data centre sectors
• Advanced skills in MS Office and Primavera P6
• Ability to determine corrective actions based on data analysis
• Strong time management and ability to meet project deadlines
