Senior Planning Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee baseline schedules using Primavera P6, including WBS, activity sequencing, and resource allocation
• Prepare detailed programs such as resource-loaded schedules, S-curves, and cash flow forecasts
• Monitor project progress and update schedules on a weekly or monthly basis
• Prepare look-ahead programs (2-week, 4-week, and 6-week) and analyze variances to identify risks
• Perform critical path analysis and lead Time Impact Analysis (TIA) to support Extension of Time (EOT) submissions
• Develop mitigation and recovery plans to ensure timely project delivery
• Coordinate with construction, engineering, procurement, and project teams to ensure alignment with site execution
• Review subcontractor schedules and ensure seamless integration with the master schedule

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of planning experience within civil contracting companies
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Expert-level proficiency in Primavera P6
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing and planning techniques
• Proven experience working on residential, villa, or mixed-use projects
