Senior Planning Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update comprehensive project schedules using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and stakeholders to establish timelines and resource allocation
• Analyze project data to identify risks, conflicts, and optimization opportunities
• Prepare detailed progress reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management and clients
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely completion of project deliverables
• Implement and maintain project control systems to monitor progress and costs
• Conduct regular site visits to assess project status and address scheduling issues
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior planning engineers
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations in Saudi Arabia
• Contribute to sustainable building practices and LEED certification processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Minimum 13 years of experience in planning engineering for mixed-use building developments
• Proven track record in large-scale construction projects
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
• Strong knowledge of BIM software and AutoCAD
• In-depth knowledge of mixed-use building development processes and Saudi Arabian regulations
• Understanding of sustainable building practices and LEED certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional Engineering (PE) license
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
