Senior Planning Associate

Responsibilities

• Oversee forecasting, planning, and master scheduling for the Phoenix fulfillment department
• Maintain capacity plans and production schedules for pick and pack operations
• Generate weekly and monthly production and capacity plans
• Maintain data integrity in systems for inventory and capacity management
• Proactively identify and communicate drivers and solutions for service and inventory issues
• Track and reconcile weekly/monthly metrics against established targets
• Manage inventory control and waste avoidance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field with 2-3 years relevant experience
• OR Associate's degree with 3-5 years relevant experience
• Experience in production planning, detailed scheduling, replenishment, demand planning, retail management, or materials management
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets including building models, tools, and macros
• Ability to work Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday shifts

Preferred Qualifications

• Food and Beverage manufacturing industry experience
• Retail management experience
• APICS or CPIM certification
