Senior Planning Analyst- Logistics

Responsibilities

• Support logistics strategic planning through annual corporate plan activity
• Lead monthly financial and operational stewardship, including value capture, variance analysis, and KPI performance tracking
• Coordinate logistics stewardship by preparing discussion materials and facilitating stakeholder conversations
• Drive insight generation to identify opportunities for deeper KPI analysis and structural cost savings
• Champion process improvements and digital transformation to increase organizational effectiveness
• Support the development and improvement of data visibility tools
• Manage upwards and build strong relationships with leadership

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in STEM, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 4 years of experience in planning, performance analysis, or reporting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with SAP, Tableau, or Power BI
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain, upstream facilities, oil & gas, or operations domains
• Familiarity with Snowflake or Adaptive
• Proven ability in analytical thinking, adaptability, and strategic mindset
