Responsibilities

• Run the Material Requirements Planning (MRP) process in Oracle to optimize planned orders for raw materials and packaging
• Manage raw material and packaging inventory levels against safety stock targets and reorder points
• Determine and dispatch replenishment quantities to the Sourcing team through Oracle
• Support the S&OP process by providing material availability and supply risk inputs
• Manage Bill of Materials (BOM) in Oracle in coordination with demand and supply planners
• Maintain and update planning parameters in Oracle including safety stock, lead times, and lot sizes
• Track and reconcile material consumption against production outputs to investigate variances
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to improve forecast accuracy and optimize stock levels

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in material planning, production planning, or inventory management
• Experience in FMCG, consumer goods, or consumer health preferred
• Hands-on experience running MRP in Oracle or equivalent ERP system
• Strong understanding of supply chain planning fundamentals (safety stock, reorder points, lead times)
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large datasets
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field
• APICS CPIM or equivalent is an advantage
