Senior Planner

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and maintenance of integrated Master Project Schedules (MPS) using Primavera P6
• Perform advanced critical path analysis and forensic delay analysis to identify bottlenecks and recovery strategies
• Collaborate with Cost Engineering and Project Management teams to align schedules with budgetary milestones and EVM metrics
• Interface with clients, subcontractors, and engineering teams to facilitate planning workshops
• Conduct quantitative schedule risk analysis (QSRA) to develop mitigation plans
• Prepare executive summaries, dashboards, and monthly progress reports regarding schedule variance and productivity
• Review technical drawings and specifications to ensure realistic construction sequencing

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related technical field
• Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in project planning for large-scale infrastructure projects
• Expert-level mastery of Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
• Deep understanding of CPM scheduling and resource leveling
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills for presenting complex data to stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional credentials such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PSP (Planning & Scheduling Professional)
• Experience with Tilos or Acumen Fuse
• Proven leadership skills to mentor junior planning staff
