Senior Planner

Responsibilities

• Oversee integrated scheduling and performance reporting for a major development program in Riyadh
• Establish and manage integrated programs aligned with project delivery strategy and contractual obligations
• Produce, maintain, and update project schedules in accordance with the Schedule Management Plan
• Analyze schedules to identify performance trends and recommend mitigation solutions
• Manage resource planning to indicate required levels of resources
• Prepare, review, and analyze Extension of Time (EOT) claims using industry-standard delay analysis methodologies
• Integrate inter-discipline schedule requirements to establish logical work sequences
• Identify potential risks and develop effective mitigation plans
• Manage, coach, and mentor junior staff to support department deliverables
• Coordinate with commercial functions to implement controls covering budget, cost, and change management

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant planning experience within mega-scale or large-scale complex programs
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Experience with EOT claims and delay analysis methodologies (e.g., Time Impact Analysis, Windows Analysis)
• Strong familiarity with FIDIC conditions of contract
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively

Preferred Qualifications

• Primavera Certification
• Recognized project management certification such as PMP or PRINCE2
• Proficiency in Power BI
