Senior Planner, Outlets

Responsibilities

• Deliver financial and planning analysis for sales, margin, pricing, and inventory for VS&Co outlet stores and clearance sites
• Prepare and analyze reporting to identify business risks and opportunities regarding inventory management
• Identify and action pricing opportunities at both the category and item level
• Maintain category-level forecasts for sales, units, margin, and inventory to optimize selling capacity
• Partner with planning teams to influence pre-outlet pricing and inventory strategies
• Prepare monthly business review analysis and support seasonal budget and close responsibilities
• Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, pricing, real estate, store operations, and digital teams

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of retail merchandise planning, inventory management, or financial analysis experience
• Strong experience in financial planning or analysis
• Proven ability to manage inventory effectively
• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA degree
• Advanced Microsoft Excel modeling and PowerPoint skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-changing environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
