Senior Planner

Responsibilities

• Establish and implement business planning goals for advanced planning and scheduling of factories and subcontractors using backlog, inventory, and sales forecasts.
• Manage the ATP process to schedule the company’s backlog, maintaining high delivery performance targets for Industrial, Commercial, and Automotive sectors.
• Coordinate current quarter and +1 revenue status with Business Units using ERP planning and shipping systems.
• Coordinate the company’s E&O policy with relevant Business Units.
• Manage the master schedule regarding capacity issues or allocation.
• Develop and enhance relationships with factories, business units, sales, finance, and management.
• Design and enhance supply chain planning processes to ensure robust evaluation and control systems.
• Develop regular reporting mechanisms to provide operating information relevant to performance against plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a business major.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in a well-rounded business role.
• Proven experience with ERP and APO systems.
• Strong backlog management skills with a production control background in the semiconductor industry.
• Ability to deal with ambiguity, demonstrate strategic agility, and work effectively within diverse cultures.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build effective professional relationships.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience dealing with high-tech supply chains.
• Proven track record of successful profit and loss business skills.
• Ability to devise and carry out strategies for backlog and revenue management.
