Responsibilities
- Deliver diverse urban planning projects including precinct plans, land use strategies, and planning instruments for private and government clients.
- Lead complex projects and guide junior team members through effective project management.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including urban design, economics, engagement, and engineering to provide innovative solutions.
- Conduct research and prepare high-quality planning reports.
- Support client engagement and navigate various planning frameworks to achieve strategic outcomes.
Requirements
- Degree in Planning or a related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in strategic urban planning (consulting or government) or statutory planning with a desire to transition to strategic work.
- Demonstrated project management skills and the ability to lead project teams.
- Strong communication, research, and professional writing skills.
- A passion for shaping better places and delivering real-world impact.
