Senior Planner

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project programmes across tender, baseline, and construction phases
• Work alongside project and site teams to shape sequencing, methodologies, and delivery strategies
• Proactively identify risks and delays to help teams stay ahead of challenges
• Support time-related commercial outcomes, including delay analysis and extensions of time (EOT)
• Build strong relationships across teams while mentoring others and contributing to best practice planning

Requirements

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a similar discipline
• 6+ years of experience in planning, project engineering, or construction roles
• Proficiency in planning tools such as Primavera P6, Asta Powerproject, or MS Project
• Strong understanding of contractual time requirements, delay analysis, and EOT processes
• Confident communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience with 4D planning systems
