Responsibilities

• Contribute to the delivery of significant projects involving strategic planning
• Manage development management planning
• Coordinate planning projects for a range of private and public sector clients
• Manage schemes and interact with clients

Requirements

• MRTPI accreditation
• Commercial approach with ability to apply planning knowledge within a property context
• Excellent analytical and written skills
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
• Proactive and energetic approach
• Confidence in client-facing situations and project management
