Senior Planner - Blades & Vanes

Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence through supplier forecasting, master data maintenance in SAP, and demand and capacity planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Procurement and Order Management, to ensure seamless operations and service delivery.
• Perform quarterly analysis of demand, inventory, purchase orders, and sourcing data to enhance supplier forecasts.
• Oversee the maintenance of material masters, manage production BOMs, and implement Demand & Capacity processes.
• Run regular reports to monitor key process indicators and drive the automation of reporting.
• Support a culture of continuous improvement and provide training to ensure team members are equipped for optimal performance.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in order management, supply management, MRP planning, or manufacturing.
• Proficiency in SAP, specifically within the Material Management (MM) and Sales & Distribution (SD) modules.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, including multi-step subcontracting for serialized parts.
• Ability to comprehend manufacturing processes, engineered drawings, specifications, and Bill of Material (BOM) concepts.
• Advanced analytical skills with experience in data visualization and analysis.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across diverse teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with data science tools such as PowerBI, DAX/Power Query, Alteryx, SQL, or Python.
• Familiarity with project management tools including Git, Jira, and MS Planner.
