Senior Planner

Responsibilities

• Prepare Contract Baseline Schedules and revised schedules for Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning phases.
• Monitor project progress and review schedule updates in coordination with various project teams.
• Highlight deviations or delays from the approved plan to Project Management.
• Assist in the preparation of claims and extensions of time using appropriate delay analysis methods.
• Support the Project Controls Manager in preparing weekly and monthly reports and budget preparations.
• Participate in periodic project meetings to discuss schedule status and the impact of suggested changes.

Requirements

• University degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the construction industry, including Engineering and Procurement phases.
• Proven experience in EPC projects valued above US$ 100M.
• Direct experience working with ADNOC or equivalent entities.
• Substantial skills in planning, delay analysis, and schedule risk analysis.
• Strong analytical thinking, report writing, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous employment with leading international EPC contractors.
• Deep awareness of pre-commissioning and commissioning processes.
