Senior Planned Giving Relationship Manager

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage a regional portfolio of planned giving prospects and donors
• Mentor peers and influence gift strategies across assigned territory
• Develop and execute tailored cultivation and stewardship strategies
• Lead planned giving conversations including bequests and charitable gift annuities
• Serve as a trusted resource to donors and professional advisors
• Represent the Foundation at regional events and donor meetings
• Maintain accurate documentation of donor activity within Salesforce

Requirements

• Relevant experience in Fundraising with experience in planned giving
• Success in cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding planned gifts
• Strong working knowledge of charitable gift planning vehicles and tax considerations
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding fundraising goals
• Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills
• High emotional intelligence for sensitive donor conversations
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM
• Ability to travel regularly (approximately 25% annually)
