Senior Picker/Warehouse Worker

Responsibilities

• Supervise order picking to ensure all orders are picked up on time
• Manage site openings and closures
• Communicate with riders to ensure prompt deliveries
• Manage the shipping area and support the packaging of delivery orders
• Ensure all deliveries are scanned and record any appropriate complaints
• Manage incoming deliveries, ensuring product accuracy and proper date rotation
• Maintain accurate inventory counts across all areas
• Collaborate with the Assistant Warehouse Manager and Warehouse Manager to ensure smooth site operations
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and hazard-free warehouse environment

Requirements

• Experience working in a similar warehouse or logistics environment
• Fluency in Italian (mandatory)
• Basic English proficiency (preferred)
• Ability to work 40-hour shifts per week
• Flexibility regarding working hours
• Proven experience in achieving operational targets
