Senior Physician (Spine Center)

Responsibilities

• Senior medical care for patients with spinal diseases
• Implementation and further development of established diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
• Mastery of standard spinal surgery operations including decompression, instrumentation, ACDF, and TLIF
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with other specialist departments
• Instruction and supervision of assistant physicians
• Participation in organizational processes and process optimization

Requirements

• Specialist recognition in Orthopedics and Trauma Surgery, Neurosurgery, or comparable field
• Experience at the senior physician (Oberarzt) level
• Proficient mastery of standard spinal surgery procedures
• Willingness to learn and develop new techniques and treatment methods
• Strong communication skills and team orientation
• Organizational talent and a structured way of working
• High social competence in dealing with colleagues and patients
