Senior Physician Psychiatry

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative, holistic treatment concepts for young adults
• Lead the ward, including team development and resource management
• Structure processes, quality, and treatment progress
• Supervise and qualify assistant physicians and the treatment team
• Participate in the senior physician on-call service and provide coverage
• Support other clinical areas and provide cross-departmental representation

Requirements

• Completed specialist training in psychiatry and psychotherapy
• German medical license (Approbation)
• Clinical experience and high motivation
• Interest in psychotherapeutic work, ideally in third-wave methods
• Leadership competence and teamwork skills
