Senior Physician Psychiatry

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative and holistic treatment concepts for mentally ill patients
• Provide medical and organizational leadership for a clinical area, including personnel management and team development
• Structure processes, quality, and treatment progress reliably and sustainably
• Support the Chief Physician and act as their deputy during absences
• Promote further training for assistant physicians and facilitate knowledge exchange within the team
• Support other clinical areas and provide coverage as needed

Requirements

• Completed specialist training in psychiatry and psychotherapy
• Valid German medical license (Approbation)
• Several years of clinical experience, ideally in a leadership role
• Strong leadership skills and high motivation
• Interest in psychotherapeutic work, ideally using third-wave methods
• Ability to work in a team and strong organizational skills
