Senior Physician Psychiatry and Psychotherapy

Responsibilities

• Provide senior medical care for inpatient and outpatient patients
• Supervise and provide further training for assistant physicians
• Take responsibility for on-call and consultation services
• Develop treatment concepts and clinical structures
• Collaborate interdisciplinary with nursing, psychotherapy, social services, and external partners

Requirements

• Specialist physician (Facharzt) for Psychiatry and Psychotherapy
• Interest in leadership, medical training, and interdisciplinary exchange
• Ability to work independently and in a structured manner
• Interest in modern psychiatry, digitalization, and multiprofessional treatment approaches
• Intercultural competence and empathy for a diverse patient population
