Senior Physician for Orthopedics & Trauma Surgery

Responsibilities

• Care for orthopedic and surgical patients
• Coordinate duty, vacation, and surgical schedules
• Support and mentor the team on professional and personal levels
• Contribute to the further development of the clinic
• Act as deputy for the Chief Physician
• Participate regularly in on-call services

Requirements

• Completed specialist training in Orthopedics & Trauma Surgery
• Initial experience in a leadership position
• Several years of experience in a Senior Physician (Oberarzt) position in Orthopedics & Trauma Surgery
• Ideally an additional qualification such as "Special Orthopedic Surgery"
• Strong team and patient orientation
• Modern communication skills, especially with outpatient physicians
• Talent for innovation and organization
