Senior Physician for Interventional Cardiology

Klinik Vincentinum is a traditional and modern hospital located in the heart of Augsburg. With 248 inpatient beds and 48 outpatient beds, we care for more than 20,000 patients annually through a team of approximately 90 physicians and 500 employees.

Responsibilities

• Perform coronary interventional therapy, including complex interventions, intracoronary physiology, and imaging
• Contribute to device implantations
• Participate in diagnostics and treatment of heart failure
• Perform differentiated echocardiography
• Manage pacemaker, ICD, and CRT therapy
• Help structurally develop the cardiology department in cooperation with the Chief Physician and clinic management

Requirements

• Specialist physician (Facharzt) in Internal Medicine and Cardiology
• Extensive experience in coronary interventional therapy
• Experience in intracoronary physiology and imaging
• Experience in device implantations is a plus
• High degree of respect and empathy towards colleagues and patients

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in specialized echocardiography
• Expertise in pacemaker, ICD, and CRT therapy
