Responsibilities

• Independent performance and assistance in complex hand and plastic surgery procedures
• Patient management from initial contact to outpatient follow-up care
• Conducting rounds and specialist medical care for inpatient patients
• Building and developing a department
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with various medical departments
• Professional guidance, training, and supervision of assistant physicians

Requirements

• Recognized specialist (Facharzt) in hand and plastic surgery
• Several years of medical experience, particularly in trauma care
• German medical license (Approbation)
• Strong teamwork skills and desire to contribute to a high-performance environment
• Empathy for patients
• Modern communication skills, especially with outpatient physicians
