Senior Physician for Anesthesia

Responsibilities

• Provide guideline-based anesthesiological and intensive care treatment for patients
• Participate in late, on-call, and standby shifts
• Coordinate duty, vacation, and surgical schedules
• Support and supervise the team on professional and personal levels
• Assist the Chief Physician and contribute to the development of the clinic
• Work within a dynamic and future-oriented team

Requirements

• Completed specialist training in anesthesiology
• Mandatory several years of experience in a senior physician (Oberarzt) position in anesthesiology
• Initial experience in a leadership position
• Ideally an additional qualification such as intensive care and/or emergency medicine
• Flexibility, communication skills, and teamwork
• Openness to new processes and workflows
