About the role
Responsibilities
- Install and qualify industry-leading Photolithography equipment in a new cleanroom environment
- Manage equipment sustainment, including maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and documentation
- Collaborate with process engineers to identify and resolve equipment-related issues affecting production
- Utilize project management skills to complete milestones and close hardware gaps regarding equipment deficiencies
- Establish and maintain productive vendor relations to drive best-in-class equipment metrics
- Develop and implement Total Productive Maintenance strategies
Requirements
- 2+ years of industry experience as an Equipment Owner with Photolithography Equipment
- BS or Masters in an Engineering field (equivalent military experience or AAS with 5+ years of industry experience is also accepted)
- Willingness to travel internationally for onboarding and training purposes
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes and equipment
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous approach
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficiency in Data Science and Programming skills
