Senior Photolithography Equipment Engineer

Responsibilities

• Install and qualify industry-leading Photolithography equipment in a new cleanroom environment
• Manage equipment sustainment, including maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and documentation
• Collaborate with process engineers to identify and resolve equipment-related issues affecting production
• Utilize project management skills to complete milestones and close hardware gaps regarding equipment deficiencies
• Establish and maintain productive vendor relations to drive best-in-class equipment metrics
• Develop and implement Total Productive Maintenance strategies

Requirements

• 2+ years of industry experience as an Equipment Owner with Photolithography Equipment
• BS or Masters in an Engineering field (equivalent military experience or AAS with 5+ years of industry experience is also accepted)
• Willingness to travel internationally for onboarding and training purposes

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes and equipment
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous approach
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Proficiency in Data Science and Programming skills
