Senior Photographer

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary photographer for on-model and lifestyle photo shoots
• Concept and plan sets for laydowns, on-model, and lifestyle shoots
• Maintain exposure and color accuracy standards while managing high volume deliverables
• Own quality assurance on images and manage equipment upkeep
• Act as team administrator for the digital asset management system
• Use AI-powered tools to accelerate image editing, retouching, and concept development workflows
• Integrate emerging creative technologies into the studio workflow

Requirements

• At least 7 years of professional photo experience including product, eComm, lookbook, and lifestyle editorial photography
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere, After Effects, Illustrator) and Capture One
• Working knowledge of studio lighting, camera equipment, composition, and color management
• Hands-on experience with still life, laydown, and on-figure editorial photography
• Significant experience in model direction and on-set management
