Senior Philanthropy Relationship Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop strategy and manage a portfolio of mid to high six-seven figure donors
• Collaborate with senior leaders to provide a donor-centric approach
• Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with constituents
• Conduct prospect research, track revenue, and manage stewardship
• Serve as a frontline fundraiser and spokesperson for the Foundation
• Perform administrative tasks including CRM updates and revenue tracking
• Identify and share relevant updates with key constituents

Requirements

• Proven success as a front-line major gifts fundraiser securing five to six-figure gifts
• Experience conducting face-to-face visits to engage and solicit major donors
• Ability to communicate complex science and business models to donors
• Demonstrated success writing compelling cases for support
• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM or equivalent software
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Valid Driver’s License
• Willingness to travel approximately 25% and work occasional evenings/weekends
