Senior Pharmacovigilance Officer, Team Lead/Case Processing Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the team responsible for ICSR management for selected projects
• Line manage ICSR staff and ensure adequate task distribution
• Oversee workflow processes and ensure effective cooperation with clients
• Create and maintain project-specific KPIs to increase team efficiency
• Propose process changes and manage ICSR deviations
• Review trackers and timesheet data for accuracy
• Perform ICSR processing and 2nd QC of cases
• Act as the assigned team Subject Matter Expert (SME)
• Support the RA & PV Network Department, including acting as Local Contact Person for Pharmacovigilance (LCPPV) if required

Requirements

• Life science degree (Pharmacy, Nursing, or related healthcare qualification)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a line manager role within pharmacovigilance
• Mandatory experience with Medical Devices
• Fluent English (written and verbal)
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office
• Strong organization, delegation, and time management skills
