About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the team responsible for ICSR management for selected projects
- Line manage ICSR staff and ensure adequate task distribution
- Oversee workflow processes and ensure effective cooperation with clients
- Create and maintain project-specific KPIs to optimize efficiency
- Propose process changes and manage ICSR deviations
- Review trackers and timesheet data for accuracy
- Perform ICSR processing and 2nd QC of cases
- Act as the assigned team Subject Matter Expert (SME)
- Support the RA & PV Network Department as needed, including acting as Local Contact Person for Pharmacovigilance (LCPPV)
Requirements
- Life science, pharmacy, nursing, or healthcare-related degree
- Strong pharmacovigilance experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a line manager role
- Mandatory Medical Device experience
- Fluent English (written and verbal)
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office
- Strong organization, delegation, and time management skills
