Senior Pharmacovigilance Officer, Team Lead/Case Processing Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the team responsible for ICSR management for selected projects
• Line manage ICSR staff and ensure adequate task distribution
• Oversee workflow processes and ensure effective cooperation with clients
• Create and maintain project-specific KPIs for contracted ICSR activities
• Propose process changes and manage ICSR deviations
• Review trackers and timesheet data for accuracy
• Perform ICSR processing and 2nd QC of cases
• Act as the assigned team SME and support RA & PV Network Department as needed

Requirements

• Life science, pharmacy, nursing, or healthcare-related degree
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a line manager role within pharmacovigilance
• Mandatory experience with Medical Devices
• Fluent English (written and verbal)
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office
• Strong organization, delegation, and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience acting as a Local Contact Person for Pharmacovigilance (LCPPV)
• Experience as a Person Responsible for Local Screening (PRLS)
